It occurs to me that this could be combined with a secret handshake as suggested here

Conspiracies are always popular and might be a convenient way of stirring up a bit of intrigue and a hint of danger. The d20 or better still the d4 for all those pyramid/illuminati associations could be our secret symbol, and of course handy as caltrops in a gettaway situation.

Those satanic roleplayers have gone underground (excuse the pun) ...
